GB Redi-mix is one of the last locally owned concrete suppliers in the Treasure Valley. GB Redi-mix has operated in the Nampa, Boise and Caldwell area for over 50 years. GB Redi-mix has provided redi-mix concrete to agricultural, residential, commercial and state and federal transportation projects.

In 1945 the original pit in Nampa was created by a group of farmers to provide aggregate for use on their farms. In 1957 the first batch plant was built to provide concrete for a vast network of concrete canals and ditches extending from Arrowrock Dam, some 30 miles to the east of Boise.

GB Redi-mix has batch plants in Caldwell, Nampa and Boise. The location of the three batch plants allows GB Redi-mix the unique opportunity to service a project from more than one batch plant. Each batch plant is located within 20 minutes of another, which also makes one batch plant an excellent back-up plant for another. In addition to the three permanently located batch facilities, GB Redi-mix owns a portable batch plant that is just waiting for the right project.

GB Redi-mix has 45+ concrete mixer trucks driven by an experienced assembly of drivers, to service your concrete project. The average tenure of GB Redi-mix drivers is 10 years with a number of drivers having over 25 years of experience. To service your projects in a proactive professional manner, the drivers and batch facilities are managed by two full-time dispatchers (combined 10 years experience), two backup dispatchers (combined 40 years experience), five full time mechanics and four quality control/salesman (combined 100 years concrete experience). The market area serviced is within a 60 mile radius of each of the plants.

GB Redi-mix is affiliated with River Rock Sand & Gravel and Thueson Construction. River Rock Sand & Gravel supplies Idaho Transportation Department approved ASR non-reactive aggregate for concrete, base and borrow uses. Thueson Construction is an earthwork contractor that has been servicing the Treasure Valley since 2001. Thueson Construction can provide; excavation from light grading to mass excavation; commercial site development; concrete prep including foundations, slab on grade and sidewalks; parking lots; roadway construction; water, sewer, storm drains and irrigation pipe lines; and demolition.
